On Tuesday 1st December 2015, MP for South Leicestershire Alberto Costa, attended a meeting of the All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for Motor Neurone Disease.
Alberto and other MPs in attendance heard from campaigners Katy and Mark Styles about their experiences of living with the disease.
Mr Costa said “I’d like to thank Katy and Mark Styles for attending the APPG meeting and sharing their experiences; it was incredibly powerful to hear this first-hand. Living with something like Motor Neurone Disease is incredibly challenging and we are very grateful for the time and effort they took to attend the meeting to discuss with us.”
