South Leicestershire MP, Alberto Costa, last week, officially opened Landmark Property Soloutions’ second serviced office unit based at Merus Court, Meridian Business Estate.
Landmark Property Solutions is a family run business with it's roots based in Leicestershire. The opening of the office at Merus Court brings the company portfolio to three serviced offices with additional ones based at New Walk, Leicester and Milton Keynes.
Alberto met with Peter Rahal who is the CEO along with Narvraj Johal who recently joined the family business as Marketing Manager. He also met with Mani Rahal, Busines Development Manager and Simran Johal, Business Development Executive and Harnek Johal, Strategy Lead.
Alberto said, “I was delighted to have been asked to officially open Landmark Property Soloutions new offices in the Constituency. The new serviced managed offices here will help business find office space that suits their needs. I have already seen on my tour of the building that SMEs are already occupying space, which shows the demand for such unique spaces.”
Navraj said “Landmark have complete confidence that the economy will bounce back strongly post pandemic leading to an increase in demand for flexible workspace solutions. Potential clients are now interested in all-inclusive serviced office solutions rather than long term leasehold options.
