Member of Parliament for South Leicestershire, Alberto Costa, visited Red Hill Field Primary School in Narborough last week.
As part of the visit, Alberto met with the school's Executive Head Teacher, Mr Snelson, and other members of the Senior Leadership Team.
Alberto was also given a tour of the school and faced a tough question and answer session with the School Council.
Alberto said, "I was delighted to visit the excellent Red Hill Field Primary School in Narborough last week. It was a pleasure to meet with Mr Snelson and his team and to hear about the good work they are doing for their pupils in Narborough. I also really enjoyed meeting the School Council and facing some tough questions from them about my role as their MP.
One of my favourite parts of being an MP is visiting the great schools we have in South Leicestershire, and my time at Red Hill Field was no exception. I'm grateful to them for welcoming me and I look forward to visiting again very soon".
