As your local Member of Parliament, I am seeking your views on three major proposed developments:

  1. Harborough District Council (HDC) have received an application relating to a site in the proposed Lutterworth East Strategic Development area to greatly increase the size of the permitted warehousing as part of the planning consent for Lutterworth East.

  2. HDC have received an application from the developer, relating to the proposed Lutterworth East Housing Development, to reduce the allocation of affordable housing on the Site from 40% down to a minimum of 10%.

  3. Tarmac propose to build a large sand and gravel Quarry at Misterton, adjacent to the proposed warehousing site and opposite the housing planned at Lutterworth East.
